Hallysubs is on the way. The idea came from Sof and she’s the one screening all the applications and stuff. There are lovely committed people on that team, you won’t be disappointed with their final result (their subbing).
We credit the subber, with a link to their site. At least we don’t gain profit by linking to ads first as other sites do :S. We credit properly, as much as possible. I personally messaged one of the moderators of iSUBS if we could post Running Man links. They allowed.
Are you talking about me asking people to use the tags? That’s not me getting angry LOL. It’s just better for everyone in the long run. It’ll be easier for you guys to navigate through the site. For example, you want to watch every SHINee-related videos we’ve posted. Do you really wanna go through 105 pages? You can just click the shinee tag or type it in. And when you do, you only see posts related to SHINee. Easy peasy :)

LOL well, there’s four admins who contribute and run the site/tumblr. Sofia is Portugese. The other Sofia is American. Kim (or KQ) is American with a Vietnamese background. And I am a Filipino, living my life in Australia. :)
